Mission and vision are statements for a organization which answers the questions about
1 Who we are?
2 What do we value ?
3 Where we’re going ?
4 How we are going to achive that ?
But each one of the pillars has a purpose and each one guides the behaviors of people in the organization and how outer people looks at the brand/ organisation. Mission and vision statements play three critical roles:
(1) communicate the purpose of the organization to stakeholders
(2) inform strategy development
(3) develop the measurable goals and objectives(OKRs) by which to gauge the success of the organization’s
